I’ve only been home a week, but it feels like months. Strange how road trips & vacations can do that to your perspective. Of course I still haven’t unpacked, because that would mean it was over. So understandably, I cruised down from Seattle in a 13-hour-long, beef-jerky-and-sunshine-filled state of excitement, because it was…  Any visit to Solvang will inevitably involve pancakes. While Buellton, just 3 miles down the road, is famous for Split Pea Soup, Solvang is famous for being Danish. And for pancakes.
