Cinnamon Raisin Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 cup / 8 fl oz. non-fat cottage cheese
  • ⅓ cup / 1 oz. / 30g vanilla whey
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon - it doesn't take much!
  • Xylitol or equivalent sweetener to taste, if needed
Instructions
  1. Stir ingredients gently in a bowl until completely mixed.
  2. Sweeten to taste, if required.
