Cinnamon Raisin Rice Pudding
- 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla whey
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon - it doesn't take much!
- Xylitol or equivalent sweetener to taste, if needed
- Stir ingredients gently in a bowl until completely mixed.
- Sweeten to taste, if required.
