Cinnamon Raisin Rice Pudding

- 1 cup / 8 fl oz. non-fat cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup / 1 oz. / 30g vanilla whey
- ¼ cup raisins
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon - it doesn't take much!
- Xylitol or equivalent sweetener to taste, if needed
- Stir ingredients gently in a bowl until completely mixed.
- Sweeten to taste, if required.
