Cinnamon Raisin Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon - it doesn't take much!
  • Xylitol or equivalent sweetener to taste, if needed
Instructions
  1. Stir ingredients gently in a bowl until completely mixed.
  2. Sweeten to taste, if required.
