Green Smoothie - Pear Cashew Cream

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup toasted cashews
- 2 ripe pears
- 6 cups / 6 oz fresh spinach
- 2 scoops / 2/3 cup vanilla whey powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Place the ingredients in the blender in the order listed.
- Blend until completely smooth.
