Green Smoothie - Pear Cashew Cream

Ingredients
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup toasted cashews
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 6 cups / 6 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 scoops / 2/3 cup vanilla whey powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Place the ingredients in the blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
