Mailboxes fascinate me. Probably because I grew up with these.
So now, I am always on the look out for particulary fine examples of the US Mailbox. They’re just part of the American landscape – but they’re a dying breed. By the time the last one has become redundant, I want to have a good old collection of images to remind us of the days before our lives were overtaken by technology, & exceedingly dull grey boxes housing 20 mailslots.
